This policy explains what information Kinetic House collects through WodGhost, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you create an account, we collect your username, email address, and an encrypted representation of your password. We also store the training profile choices you provide, such as training style, primary goal, preferred weight unit, and weekly target.
When you use WodGhost, we process the exercises and workouts you create, session timing and scores, completed sets, reps, loads, distances, calories, workout history, and personal-record calculations. RevenueCat and the app store process purchase and subscription information and provide us with entitlement status, product, renewal, and expiration details. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The app may also process basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, device and network information, and error logs.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account; save, sync, and restore your training data; calculate workout comparisons and personal records; provide support; prevent abuse; diagnose problems; and improve WodGhost. We do not sell your personal information or use your training data for third-party advertising.
Where data is stored
WodGhost is designed offline-first. Some account and training information is stored locally on your device so workouts can continue without a reliable connection. Synced information is stored on our service infrastructure. Authentication tokens are kept in the iOS Keychain. Passwords are hashed before storage and are not stored as readable text.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with infrastructure providers that host, secure, or monitor the service, and with RevenueCat and the applicable app store to process purchases and determine membership access. We share only what is needed to provide WodGhost. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to use your information for their own advertising.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and training information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can permanently delete your account and training data in the app, or contact us at the address below for help. Account deletion does not cancel an app-store subscription. Local data may remain on a device until you sign out, delete the app, or clear its data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
Children
WodGhost is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate legal safeguards where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as WodGhost evolves. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies from its effective date.
